Hogfest of TN

If you have not taken a Motorcycle Ride to Hogfest of TN near Pelham, what the heck are you waiting for? This motorcycle rally is an adult only, wild time. One great party awaits at Hogfest of TN, so take a ride on down and check out the action.

Camping is included at Hogfest of TN with your admission. There are not any hookups for the RV'r, but you can bring your generator. If you arrive in an RV, be prepared to park in the center of the flat field to give way to the tent campers on the outskirts near the treeline.

I attended Hogfest of TN in July of 2011, and am here to tell you - it was HOT!!! The heat didn't put much of a damper on the fun, but attendance was a little lower than other times I have attended Hogfest of TN. I guess some riders just don't want to deal with the heat.

Those camping in tents at Hogfest of TN, you may want to bring a fan if you attend in the summertime. It does cool a bit at night, but if you want a nap during the day, you are likely to burn up - even in the shade.

Be ready to meet some of the best people around at Hogfest of TN. The folks that put on this motorcycle rally do a great job, and are willing to listen to suggestions. The riders that attend are almost always friendly too. Seldom do you ever see any problems, but I did see a fight at Hogfest of TN for the first time at a motorcycle rally. Fortunately, a few of the guys from the audience kept it under control until security could arrive and break things up. Noone was hurt in the scuffle.

So what kinds of things can you expect at Hogfest of TN? Motorcycle rallies are not the same - there is always something a little, or alot unique at each one. Hogfest of TN is no exception. Probably one of the more unique events hosted is the Sow-Sucking contest. That one was scheduled for Saturday in the heat of the day, so folks didn't want to participate - and understandably so.

Motorcycle Games - I missed them, but there was Ring toss, Weenie bite, and several others
Bikini Bike Wash - this was unique
Sow Sucking Contest - cancelled due to heat
Hottest Hog
Sexiest Sow
Bands - several good bands, including Phoenix Rising

Of course, there were several vendors at Hogfest of TN for your shopping pleasure. Even though there were only two food vendors, they were both outstanding as well as great people. Of course, you could bring your own grill and cook yourself. Several riders that attended brought their own. Either way, ride on down, camp and enjoy Hogfest of TN.
