Have you ever been out riding, and decided to venture onto a road that
you were not familiar with? To me, that is a great part of the
adventure. Of course, there have been times that veering off the beaten
path has gotten me so disoriented, that I had real trouble finding my
way back. If I had a Motorcycle GPS at the time, I could have easily

Not many years ago, I would venture out for a ride with an area map
folded up and stuffed into my jacket or saddle bags. I would ride to
unfamiliar areas and turn down roads where I had never been. After
getting lost, I would stop, get out the map - hope it wasn't ripped,
and try to find my way back to familiar territory. I sure could have
used a Motorcycle GPS then.
Today, however, when I venture out for a ride, I take my Motorcycle GPS
with me. Not only does it help me find my way when I do get lost, I can
even plan ride routes ahead of time and usually stick to the plan.
Getting lost on a ride is a part of the fun for me, but at least
nowadays, I don't stay lost for long because I have my Motorcycle GPS
with me
